Horrizon has conducted evaluations of various hospital insurance subsidy programmes as well in collaboration with national level institutions and development partners. We have also conducted innovative health informatics research generating and translating evidence into knowledge and applying that knowledge in continuously in solving health needs. HBS consultants have participated in the planning and implementation of accounting operations, coordinated, and integrated activities for Global Fund Aids, TB and Malaria program including reviewing internal controls and preparing final accounts for management reporting. HBS consultants participated in an assignment for County Health System Strengthening and Financing for Maternal and Child Health and HIV/AIDS programs contracted by USAID..
