Mahasi is a seasoned Management Consultant and Leadership Expert with over 18 years of continuous professional experience cutting across industries, sectors and regions. He has been a lead consultant managing the successful execution of numerous complex management consulting projects across East and Central Africa. He served as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte East Africa, as a senior accountant at Simba Corp prior to joining Central Bank of Kenya as an internal auditor. Mahasi has served as faculty at the Strathmore Business School’s institute of strategy and competitiveness where he lectured graduate students and participated in research and consultancy work.
Dr. Lilian Muriithi-Ollows is an all-round finance professional having worked in banking, academia and consulting in Kenya and Rwanda, combining experience of over 20 years. Lilian is passionate about simplifying finance so that it can be easily understood, appreciated and immediately applied for the success of individuals and organisations. of experience in leading and managing teams to successful outcomes, having served as Director at the African Leadership University School of Business in Rwanda, Dean School of PostGraduate studies at the University of Kigali, and Academic Director School of Management and Commerce of Strathmore University in Nairobi Kenya. As faculty she has taught both undergraduate and graduate students, and participated in research and continuous education programmes at these universities.
Martin Ruhweza is a Medical Doctor with Master of Public Health Training from Makerere University and a number of other short courses including research ethics. He is the Country Partner for the Horrizon Uganda Country Program Providing oversight and day to day running. He has a wealth of experience of over 20 years in program design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation. He is well familiar with the health sector landscape at and programmatic and service delivery levels. He has served in leadership roles across national and international programs and several health programs including HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Maternal and Child Health, Water and Sanitation among others.
